Meeting convened at 6:04pm

Members Present:

I. Website Work
-Tri-Delta site upgrade, ~$500-700, needs: photos, main page, calendar

II. Elections
-Interhall, Freshman (complete) and Upperclass (soon)
-SGA
-Homecomming

III. LAN Party (Oct. 27th)
-Sarratt loaction confirmed (2nd and 3rd floors)
-Purchases: Lot of power strips ~$50, Lot of Network hardware
-Food to be catered by The Pub
-Prizes: xbox360, iPod nano, misc swag, (DC Lite?)

IV. Server
-Free server from online CS community
- Free ITS mounting and bandwidth (pending on power - mid Oct.)
V. Google Aps for our Domain
-Google calendar/email

VI. Other
-VandyCS will be present at the Engineering Student Org Fair in FGH Atrium on Thurs Sept. 21st from 12-2pm
- VandyCS is going to be moved to an official Engineering School group
VII. Action Items for Next Meeting
-Develop LAN Party Layout for Sarratt
-Develop VandyCS Constitution

Hey, sorry I missed the meeting. No, you didn’t scare off the Freshman. I just didn’t know when it was. When are meetings regularly held?

The meetings should be every other Tuesday at 6:00pm. There will be announcements on our website before every meeting with agenda and location. Once we get the issues with our mailing list fixed, we’ll probably be sending info out on that as well.
