The LAN party was a pheonominal success. We gave away lots of prizes, had plenty to eat and drink, and most of all, had a great time. I want to thank once again everyone who both volunteered and participated in the LAN party — it couldn’t have happened without you. Here’s looking forward to the next LAN in the spring!

There is an article about the LAN party today in the Hustler. Check it out. Some good quotes there from our officers and our Freshman member whose name I’m quite sure is Aaron Thompson. This has driven sign-ups and traffic way up on our site, so it’s great news for the LAN Party. I hope to see you all there on Friday!

There is a Student IT Leaders Meeting tomorrow at 4PM in Sarratt 363. F. Clark Williams, Director of ITS for the Office of the Dean of Students, requests students come for focus groups for the Dean of Students’ Website and Healthy Dores. There will also be people there from MIS to talk about OAK. The full agenda after the jump.
