VandyCS Meeting 24-October

Hello members,

VandyCS will be having a meeting this Tuesday at 6PM in Sarratt 110. This is the final meeting for the LAN party. If you are working the LAN party, please attend, as we will be discussing your assignments. The agenda for this week’s meeting:

  • Jon Ahlbin will be discussing his department’s website
  • Word/PPT Tutoring
  • Purchase approval: Podcast Multitrack Recorder
  • Budget Update
  • LAN Party Assignments
  • Open Discussion

As always, if you have other business, leave me a comment and we’ll discuss it during the meeting, or bring it up in open discussion.

    Did this go out on the mailing list?

    Also, what is the status of Brian’s LAN Party mgt. program?

    Yes, the message went out to the mailing list. Brian’s LAN Party management app will not be finished in time for the party, alas, but we have our traditional paper method for this LAN and we’ll use the software for the next LAN.
