-Sponsors Tier Setup:

Tier 1:$100-200 Raffle Mention, Wall Space

Tier 2: $200 -500 T-shirts

Tier 3 $500 and above Signs on the floor

Tier 4: Above and beyond ?

-Rename “Manager” position to “Boss”

-Create different color T-shirts for “Boss” and regular volunteers

-Have spare T-shirts available

-Find Advertisement Chair and co-chair (Buddy system yay!)

-Possible other ways to get sponsors: radio, tv, nalgene bottles, cups

-More Free Play at tournament

-Request TV on site

-Meet with Bergis (sp?)

-Create a poll for meeting times (Hammy) (Not for next meeting though)
